A successful Business Development Specialist will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

About the Role:
- Responsible for event partnership & sponsorships, expo space sales, conference sales
- Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets through effective business development strategies
- Identify potential clients through proactive networking, cold calling, and online research
- Create compelling proposals that meet client needs and preferences
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels of an organization
- Manage sales, invoicing, follow-ups, and timely payment recovery
- Handle key accounts and serve as a single point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Demonstrate a proven track record of sales goals and achievements
- Showcase excellent business communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and presentation skills
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless events
- Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future events
- Utilize CRM software, event planning tools, and other relevant technologies
- Maintain a proactive approach to competition tracking and market intelligence
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Show social media and digital media savvy
- Demonstrate multitasking ability and crisis management skillset
- Show team player spirit and ability to work independently and remotely
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achievement
- Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and PPT presentations
- Familiarity with CRM software, event planning tools, and other relevant technologies
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
