Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit, compliance, or financial risk roles with a minimum of 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze internal audit reports and support disciplinary processes by implementing corrective actions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collate and review data for daily risk and member evaluation reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in planning and reviewing Limited Purpose Inspections (LPI) to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for system enhancements and UAT testing to optimize business processes.
  • Respond to SEBI and member queries; maintain accurate compliance records to ensure transparency and accountability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in audit, compliance, or financial risk roles in Capital Markets, Insurance, NBFCs, or Banking.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge of SEBI regulations and data tools is an asset in this role.
