IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to users via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide Level 1 troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
  • Communicate with users to provide status updates and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all tickets are logged, updated, and closed in a timely manner according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT Service Desk or desktop support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing tools and remote support tools.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and incident lifecycle.
