We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our organization.

  • The Factory Security Lead Engineer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive security risk assessments and implementing robust factory security programs and practices.

This position requires a strong understanding of both IT and OT systems, as well as expertise in cybersecurity practices specific to factory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct on-site and remote security risk assessments of factories
  2. Design, configure, assess, deploy, and integrate factory security solutions
  3. Maintain aligned cybersecurity as per targets
  4. Understand customers' connectivity at shop floor systems and machines
  5. Develop comprehensive security strategies and solutions tailored for factory systems, networks, and associated components

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with 4-8 years of total experience and minimum of 2-5 years' work experience in factory (ICS/OT) security
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and Operational technology (OT) environments, including knowledge of various protocols, architectures, and components used in critical infrastructure sectors
  • Hands-on experience in OT security risk assessments, designing, implementing factory (ICS/OT) network architectures, network segmentation, malware protection, vulnerability management, patch management, factory asset management, logging and monitoring, etc.
  • Proficient with design and deployment of security monitoring architecture for ICS networks and related products like Armis, Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Tenable, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of ISA Purdue Model, ISA 62443 Standard Family/NIST 800:82/SANS 20 controls framework/additional guidelines or frameworks related to factory security
  • Solid knowledge of industrial networking protocol security IEC 104, Modbus , OPC, Profibus, Vendor Specific Protocols, etc.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security tools (such as EDR / EPP, SIEM / SOAR, Firewalls, IDS / IPS, Secure Remote Access, Switching & Routing, etc.)
  • Security certificate (ISA 62443, GICSP, CISSP)
  • Familiarity with the MITRE ICS ATT&CK Framework
