The data center industry is a rapidly evolving field that requires innovative solutions to meet the demands of hyperscalers, large enterprises, and AI customers. At the forefront of this revolution is the role of a senior control systems engineer.

This position involves designing, configuring, programming, installing, and troubleshooting HVAC controls and electrical SCADA systems. The successful candidate will have expertise in developing Building Management Systems (BMS) and power management projects, as well as managing scope, schedule, finance, and execution of BMS improvement projects in data centers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project scope, schedules, budgets, and levels of effort for BMS and power management projects requested by customers and stakeholders
  • Managing the scope, schedule, finance, and execution of BMS improvement projects in data centers
  • Assisting with procurement-related activities, including request for quotation/proposals, responding to requests for information, reviewing vendor proposals, and issuing purchase orders
  • SUPPORTING Controls projects related commissioning activities in data centers
  • Conducting engineering analysis and research on designs and methods of data center equipment and facilities
  • Ensuring designs and installations meet requirements

In order to be successful in this role, candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience. They should also have excellent knowledge of industry-standard electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers, as well as controls/monitoring systems.
