Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Engineer to work on policy-based access control platforms, with expertise in Java and Python, and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.

This role requires working across engineering and business stakeholders to design, implement, and integrate authorization policies that safeguard sensitive data and scale across multiple enterprise systems.

  • Design and implement authorization policies for fine-grained access control.
  • Integrate access policies across CRM systems, cloud data platforms, APIs, reporting tools, and applications.
  • Develop automation and integrations using Java and Python for policy enforcement, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Deliver regional and country-specific access policies ensuring compliance with global data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with multiple business domains to expand Enterprise Policy Engine adoption.
  • Act as an end-to-end contributor: from requirement analysis, coding, testing, deployment, to integration support.

The project focuses on ensuring compliance with regional data regulations and expanding beyond customer experience data into Commerce and Supply Chain domains.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with policy-based access control solutions.
  • Strong Java and Python programming skills for automation and integration.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and cloud data warehouses.
  • Solid understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust authorization models.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, applications, files, notifications, reporting pipelines).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience implementing regional or country-specific access controls in global enterprises.
  • Exposure to Commerce and Supply Chain data governance.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model access management.
