Job Title: Senior Management Role

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced leader to oversee administrative functions within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in administration management, excellent leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Oversight:
    • Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and manage administrative projects to ensure timely completion.
    • Oversee facilities management and maintenance operations.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Lead and direct the administrative team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage administrative resources effectively.
    • Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on administrative metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Company Growth:
    • Support company growth initiatives through effective administrative strategies.
    • Coordinate administrative support for new projects, offices, or business ventures.
    • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless expansion activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager, Administrative Services Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of office procedures and operations management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
