Senior Project Manager Position

">

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring successful execution within scope. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and adapting global strategies to local markets.

This individual will support Sales and Presales activities by providing technical expertise and driving client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment between project goals and business needs.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional and regional teams, managing vendor and subcontractor relationships.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and control costs, reporting on project financial performance to senior leadership.
  • Sales & Presales Support: Collaborate with Sales teams on proposals, RFPs, and client presentations, providing technical expertise and project insights.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred. MBA Preferred. 8+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
