Key Treasury Professional

This position is responsible for managing the financial operations of a company, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.

  • 3-5 years of experience in treasury with domain/finance knowledge
  • Collateral management and financing agreements, as well as margin methodologies
  • Experience in securities lending and borrowing, and optimization of portfolio financing
  • Knowledge of data sources like Reuters, Bloomberg, and Markit for treasury-related attributes
Main Responsibilities:
  • Understanding various margining methodologies and tracking internal views of margin
  • Handling end-to-end implementation of margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure information
  • Managing stakeholders' expectations by identifying needs, articulating offering scope, escalating issues, and showcasing persuasiveness in bringing about changes
  • Learning and enhancing knowledge on client platforms and industries beyond current expertise
  • Performing data gathering, GAP analysis, mapping, data transformation, loading, and reconciliation, as well as BAU activities setup and client parallel support in the client platform
  • Working with technology teams on special projects, developing bespoke reports, and implementing products
  • Overseeing treasury and cash management operations to ensure optimal liquidity and funding strategies
  • Managing collateral and liquidity positions to support trading and risk management activities
  • Monitoring and responding to margin calls in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supporting securities lending transactions to maximize asset utilization
