**Job Title:** Financial Accountant

 This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a seasoned accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts.
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
  • Prepare financial statements.
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
  • Plan, assign, and review staff's work.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.
  • Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP principles.
  • Liaise with our Financial Controllers to improve financial procedures.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) will be preferred.
  • General computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Accounting tools: Should be familiar with accounting software packages, like Xero, QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Multitasking capacity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized in document management with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Responsibility, reliability, a great team player, and positive under any circumstances.
