Job Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager with strong cross-functional and technical experience in software/SaaS environments. As a Program Manager, you will drive the execution of cross-functional and cross-product initiatives to build state-of-the-art conversational AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our vision and business goals. Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to internal teams.\
  • Lead strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and product domains.\
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.\
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless project execution and timely delivery.\
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and costs while adapting to evolving priorities.\
  • Track and report on project performance using relevant tools and metrics.\
  • Ensure release readiness by working across teams to ensure product launches are well-documented, coordinated, and supported.\
  • Act as the bridge between engineering and product teams and external clients.\
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership as needed.\
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans. Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.\
  • Perform data analysis (e.g., root cause analysis, regression, simulation, optimization) to identify opportunities for process improvement.\
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.\
  • Manage audit engagements, support auditors, and ensure compliance with key security standards.\

Qualifications:

  • \
  • MBA or B.Tech in Computer Science from a top-tier Institute.\
  • 3–8 years of experience in Program/Product management in the SaaS/Software space.\
  • Experience working in R&D, infrastructure, platform, or engineering teams is highly preferred.\
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.\
  • Strong internal and client-facing communication skills.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.\
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master are a plus.\
