About Cradlewise:

Located in San Francisco, Bangalore and Pune, our organization develops baby tech products.

Our flagship product is a smart crib designed for infants aged 0 to 24 months.

The smart crib comes equipped with an integrated baby monitor that detects early signs of wakefulness, learns from the infant's sleep patterns and soothes the baby back to sleep by rocking along with music - just like a parent.

We focus on sensing, learning and impacting outcomes for babies and their parents.

Position Summary:

  • Strengthening customer relationships
  • Empathizing with customers and assisting them in achieving their goals
  • Managing incoming chats and emails, handling follow-up chats and emails as needed
  • Addressing, resolving and recording any customer issues related to business growth, billing and overall account satisfaction
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of our company's business model to answer customer inquiries
  • Providing exceptional customer support daily by demonstrating the value of Cradlewise

You'll Improve and Be Responsible For–

  • Resolving and recording any customer issues related to business growth, billing and overall account satisfaction
  • Demonstrating the value of Cradlewise to customers daily through amazing customer support

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Multitasking skills
  • Exceptional English communication skills, especially written
  • A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly demeanor
  • Problem-solving ability and quick thinking
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful customer interactions
  • Flexibility to adapt to a growing and evolving organization
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM software a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field
