Shop Floor Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Shop Floor Operations Expert to join our team at Flexing-It.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze existing manufacturing workflows to identify areas for process optimization, applying industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on operational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions for client staff on improved processes and tools, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor, track, and report progress to client stakeholders regularly, providing timely insights and recommendations.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on exposure to production planning and shop floor processes.
  • MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving impactful outcomes.

Travel Requirements: As a Freelance Shop Floor Operations Expert, you will be required to travel to client sites in various locations as needed.
