Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Role

This role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within the organization. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will collaborate with global stakeholders, engage with the team, and ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for supported teams.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
