Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support executive reviews and board meetings.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis.
  • Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency.
  • Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or Business finance.
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience (preferable).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
