Driving Business Growth as Central Strategy Lead

At Apna, we're looking for a strategic growth leader to join our team and drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or end-to-end go-to-market roles in startups or scale-ups.
This role will be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy, tracking end-to-end growth stories/metrics, and developing investment frameworks to drive user growth and revenue. As the Central Growth Strategy Lead, you will work closely with CXOs, functional heads, and growth marketing functional leads to identify, develop, and drive growth level strategies that create opportunities for revenue and market share growth.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and excellent organizational/project management skills. They should also be able to switch from strategic/conceptual thinking to pragmatic/operational topics and have excellent storytelling/presentation skills.
