Biotechnology Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced specialist to join our team in the development of lateral flow assays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize LFA assays from conception to validation using hands-on expertise in nanoparticle bioconjugation, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
  • Design and implement efficient LFA manufacturing processes, ensuring scalability and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot complex performance issues and improve assay stability, sensitivity, and specificity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LFA technology into various platforms and products.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of direct LFA development experience in academia, IVD, or medical device industry.
  • Expert-level skills in nanoparticle fabrication, characterization, and stability assessment.
  • Strong understanding of LFA materials, their impact on assay performance, and regulatory guidelines relevant to IVD product development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
