Biomedical Engineer for eQMS Implementation

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Biomedical Engineer specializing in eQMS (Electronic Quality Management System) implementation. You will be responsible for collaborating with medical device and healthcare companies to deploy eQMS, conducting training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for healthcare professionals and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy eQMS solutions to meet compliance standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in compliance standards (ISO 13485).
  • Provide clinical application support and liaise with hospitals, laboratories, and device manufacturers.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product & engineering teams to enhance feature improvements.
  • Support clients during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior exposure to medical devices, hospital equipment, or clinical applications.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks: ISO 13485, GxP.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and support healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills to engage medical professionals and regulatory staff.
