
Front Office Coordinator

As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as canteen, housekeeping, and security.
Your role will involve receiving calls and transferring them to the relevant personnel, maintaining records, and arranging appointments, activities, and schedules.
You will also be responsible for guest and visitor management, including welcoming guests, arranging refreshments, and setting up arrangements after confirmation from the relevant person.
Pantry management is another key aspect of your role, where you will maintain stock levels of essential items such as tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and others.
Courier management involves maintaining courier entries in registers, sending notifications to parties, distributing couriers to specific individuals, and maintaining accurate records.
Lastly, library management will involve maintaining library registers, issuing books, sending reminders after due dates, and motivating employees to read books.
