About the Job
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Associate Director Development to join our team at Treebo Hospitality Ventures. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market entry strategies, planning property launches, and building a strong supply chain of hotels across various regions and cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry strategies to drive growth and increase brand penetration.
- Plan and launch property openings across cities in assigned clusters, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure franchisee deals and negotiate competitive commercials.
- Analyze market trends and demand patterns to identify areas of growth and develop targeted supply strategies.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and user adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of launch targets and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of commercial real estate and hospitality industries.
- Proven experience in deal closures, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to travel extensively and adapt to changing priorities.
