Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Relationship Executive to join our team. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring their journey from inquiry to enrollment is smooth and memorable.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with a consultative and empathetic tone. They should be able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment, with good organizational and time-management skills.

This position requires a customer-first mindset, with a problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership and deliver results. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and data handling is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses.
  • Provide clear and concise information about health transformation programs.
  • Guide new leads through the enrollment and re-enrollment process while coordinating with the internal coaching team for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain, manage, and update client data using CRM tools and systems.
  • Support clients with after-enrollment needs, escalate concerns when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with different internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.
  • Assist in community engagement and promotional initiatives when required.
  • Conduct data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.
  • Meet monthly client conversion targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements
  • Graduate Degree: Graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
