Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project activities to execute new processes and standards.
  • Support roll-out, training, and communications to ensure success of processes and focus areas.
  • Document requirements and define approach for gathering requirements.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into various deliverables.
  • Drive adoption across all levels of the organization.
  • Analyze current state and desired to-be state of a focus area or workstream.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide spectrum of cross-functional team members and influence without authority.
