Job Title: Career Development Expert

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain, monitoring their life cycle, and ensuring standard outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify major employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students, cultivating strong relationships to ensure successful placements.
  • Coordinate student placements according to company requirements, conducting thorough pre-placement profiling to match students with suitable job openings.
  • Visit company directors and HR heads to discuss manpower requirements and establish placement tie-ups, fostering a network of valuable connections.
  • Maintain comprehensive documents related to pre-placement and post-placement activities, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
  • Promote revenue generation for the organization through student placements, leveraging industry knowledge and professional networks to drive growth.
Desired Profile
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in student placement from skilling/training/educational institutes, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience and perseverance, to build trust and rapport with students, employers, and colleagues.
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates, facilitating seamless placements and driving business growth.
  • Inclination towards society and working with marginalized communities, showcasing a commitment to making a positive impact.
