Customer Retention Manager

As a key player in driving customer loyalty and retention, this role will oversee the development and execution of CRM campaigns across various categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute campaign calendars to ensure seamless execution.
  • BAU Management: Oversee daily tasks and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operation.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Design and implement customer journeys across lifecycle touchpoints, focusing on personalization and segmentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Build dashboards and track campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships for CRM platforms, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
