Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

This role requires a meticulous professional with an unwavering commitment to quality standards.

  • We seek an exceptionally organized and methodical individual with experience necessary to elevate deliverables in terms of accuracy and customer centricity.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete QA as defined by the QA manager to ensure our deliverables are accurate and timely reach the customer every time.
  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems and assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction. Collaborate with production team to achieve better results.
  • Develop or update our inspection procedures to ensure we move with the trend. Proper documentation and tracking of issues.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data by carefully maintaining issues and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ year experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain
  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English language like Asian Languages and European languages
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance
