Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview

This is a dynamic role that combines quality assurance and testing expertise. It requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with quality assurance processes, software testing methodologies, and tools such as Selenium and JMeter.

They will also be skilled at creating detailed test plans, executing manual or automated tests, and analyzing results.

Additionally, they will have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure functional and technical requirements are clear, feasible, and testable.
  • Create detailed test plans and cases to cover all aspects of portal functionality.
  • Perform testing on individual components and their interactions to verify correctness.
  • Identify defects, document them, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Test portal performance (speed, load times) and user experience to ensure meeting performance standards and user-friendliness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance processes and software testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of software testing tools such as Selenium and JMeter.
