Job Title: Senior ExecutiveAbout the Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee CPU outbound operations, ensuring timely connections of picked up shipments from customers as per set cutoffs and standard operating procedures.

This role involves monitoring daily in-scan and out-scan of shipments and related paperwork, conducting daily staff briefings, and communicating any operational changes or route updates.

In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely and correct data capture for all shipments received for processing, as well as ensuring timely connection of outbound loads onto hubs/warehouses to meet delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring adherence to operational workflows and SOPs defined for CPU outbound operations;
  • Monitoring expenses through vehicle log checks and ensuring timely bill clearance of vendors;
  • Auditing AWBs to detect weight discrepancies;
  • Monitoring net service levels and taking corrective actions as needed;
  • Ensuring safe handling of all shipments at the CPU and handling security exceptions with the security team;
  • Providing direction, guidance, and support to employees to help them discharge their duties effectively;
Requirements

  • Hold a minimum educational qualification of graduation in any stream;
