Job Title: HR Generalist

The role of an HR Generalist is vital for the smooth execution of daily human resources operations. They oversee and implement policies, procedures, and practices to ensure effective management of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Process Management: The HR Generalist manages end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Records and Documentation: Maintaining accurate employee records and up-to-date documentation.
  • Payroll and Attendance Management: Overseeing payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Performance Appraisal and Employee Development: Supporting performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Compliance Management: Evaluating statutory compliance with labor laws, such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment Act.
  • Employee Queries and Grievances: Resolving employee queries and grievances according to company policies.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Assisting in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manpower Planning and Training: Liaising with department heads to support manpower planning and training needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software ERP.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
