About the Role

This position entails managing day-to-day project coordination and ensuring seamless operation for projects related to building, quality assurance, deployment, and analytics tracking of multiple emails per month.

  • Coordinating with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through a leading marketing platform.
  • Performing quality assurance testing to ensure accurate email content rendering across various devices, proper links, and error-free content.
  • Securing approval from clients, addressing any necessary edits, and scheduling emails for deployment.
  • Guiding clients on account protocols and providing clear answers to their questions.
  • Processing and uploading distribution lists and pulling metrics reports from the marketing platform for client sharing.
  • Assisting with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a senior digital project manager or similar field.
  • Familiarity with a leading marketing cloud platform is preferred.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably at an agency.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership in a geographically distributed team setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with availability to support US East Coast business hours.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Experience in working in an onsite/offshore delivery model is highly beneficial.
