Job Title: Brand Voice Specialist

 

As a seasoned Brand Voice Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing organizational communication strategies that drive engagement and foster collaboration. You will have exceptional internal and external communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include developing effective corporate and external communication plans, managing internal communications through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, researching and writing or editing content, and designing emails, newsletters, org website, social media posts, etc. You will also plan and initiate communication initiatives for org events, maintain knowledge of company policies, brand guidelines, and style guide, and work with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements and Skills:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with at least 4+ years of experience as a communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in copywriting and editing for all platforms, solid understanding of project management principles, meticulous attention to detail, excellent knowledge of MS Office, excellent communication (oral and written) skills, outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams, and works well under pressure and meets timelines.

A Typical Day in the Role:

You will work on crafting compelling email campaigns, presentations, website and social media content, newsletters, leadership communications. Work closely with leaders across the organization and the communications team to meet all deadlines, build a strong brand voice, with meticulous attention to details. No remote work option available. Opportunity for conversion to full-time employment may arise based on business needs and performance of the candidate.
