About This Opportunity

Sgt University, a renowned institution in the education sector, seeks an exceptional candidate for the role of Admission and Outreach General Manager/Associate General Manager.

This position is responsible for developing strategies to attract quality students and enhance admissions year-over-year. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing outreach programs, collaborating with the marketing office, and supervising staff members in the Admissions Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach plans to increase student admissions
  • Organize campus tours and visits to schools and polytechnic colleges
  • Collaborate with the marketing office to create promotional materials and events
  • Supervise and motivate staff members in the Admissions Office
  • Ensure seamless admission processes and extend excellent hospitality to parents and students
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree with additional professional qualifications
  • At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in admission and outreach
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
