HR Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR consultant to join our team. As an HR consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring HR systems, providing expert advice on HR processes and procedures, and developing and delivering training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure HR systems, including SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet;
  • Provide expert advice on HR processes and procedures, including business process management and change management;
  • Develop and deliver training programs, including workshops and demos, to ensure a smooth transition of HR systems and processes;
  • Collaborate with the implementation project team to lead the configuration of EC and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process;
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessment to identify key business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs;
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of system configurations, reports, and other relevant documents;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR consulting and technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, experience with SAP HR module is highly valued but not required.
