Job Title: Performance Management Expert

  • Design and execute market penetration strategies for new product releases, targeting US and global markets with precision.
  • Drive performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, SEO, paid media, content, and partnerships to achieve exceptional results.
  • Leverage AI tools & analytics for campaign optimization, predictive insights, and smarter targeting to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align strategies with business objectives and drive collective success.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, track return on investment, and present performance insights to leadership teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and expand brand presence in IT and Fintech domains, ensuring product differentiation in competitive markets through strategic planning.
  • Manage marketing resources effectively, ensuring cost-efficient scaling of campaigns and maximizing ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing/market growth, with proven success in IT and Fintech industries.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-driven marketing tools & automation platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Strong background in working with US clients and managing campaigns for international markets with cultural sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams, setting key performance indicators, and driving accountability to achieve business goals.
  • Proven expertise in B2B/B2C marketing, digital campaigns, and go-to-market execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical decision-making skills to navigate complex business challenges.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in SaaS or product-based companies with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Understanding of data visualization/BI tools for reporting (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in Fintech (desirable) to ensure regulatory adherence.
