About the Job

Lenze, a leading automation specialist, is looking for a skilled professional to lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and management projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR IT projects, with a strong background in agile and traditional project management methodologies.

This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing the full implementation project timeline, budget, and quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Plan, manage, and oversee the full implementation project.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Technical Implementation: Own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, sharing knowledge effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and implement integrations with local systems, conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing HR IT projects.
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • SuccessFactors EC certification is a plus.
