Digital Media Specialist

This position plays a pivotal part in our digital marketing strategy, focusing on paid media execution across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Key responsibilities include planning, running, and optimizing campaigns to drive performance and sales-led goals.
- Campaign Planning: Develop and execute campaign strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Media Buying: Manage and optimize ad spend across multiple channels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Shopping Ads, and campaign reporting.
- Performance Marketing: Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance goals effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and passion for achieving measurable results.
