Job Description:

As a seasoned project professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects.

The primary responsibilities of this position include developing and maintaining detailed project reports, coordinating with project stakeholders, and proactively supporting and managing project plans and teams.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documents, including reports, plans, schedules, and cost monitoring information for multiple assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any critical or risk issues.
  • Proactively support and manage project plans and teams, adhere to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Process billing and payments according to terms and conditions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proper handover.
  • Monitor and close snags/observation points shared by clients within the designated period and follow up on retention amounts.
  • Conduct site visits for new projects, prepare photographic reports, and submit them to the relevant team.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and bill projects effectively.
  • Manage costs efficiently.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage subcontractors.
  • Raise timely client bills according to terms and conditions.
  • Prepare cash flow projections for each project.
  • Follow up on client payments.
  • Present weekly reports.
  • Maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Allocate tasks to subcontractors and monitor their progress.
  • Perform project audits and actual reconciliations.
