Job Summary:

To ensure seamless membership compliance and deliver exceptional support to the team in maintaining a zero-error work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage new membership applications, ongoing membership compliance, and termination of memberships.
  • Review membership documents, including legal agreements, to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding membership rules and regulations, providing detailed information as needed.
  • Prepare notes for approval on membership status changes, such as shareholding or promoter holding pattern updates.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Secretary (CS), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from a reputable institution.
Experience:
  • Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
Skills:
  • Proactive and result-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and execution skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and develop best practices across teams.
  • Familiarity with annual returns, balance sheet items, and net worth computation methods is an advantage.
Functional Competencies:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Behavioral Skills:
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with large groups within and outside the organization.
