Job Opportunity: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist with 2–3 years of background in accounting or secretarial firms to assist with day-to-day compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting principles, company secretarial compliances, and statutory filing portals. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to accounting software such as Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks is preferred.

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out basic secretarial compliance tasks, assisting in accounting-related activities, supporting statutory compliances, and maintaining company secretarial records.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out basic secretarial compliance tasks including preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.).
  • Assist in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Support in statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Help maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Assist in drafting simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance timelines are met for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
