This role is a strategic opportunity for an individual to assume responsibility for end-to-end HR processes. As a key member of the talent team, you will be expected to excel in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating with partners, and managing the offer process.
  2. Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation processes, exit interviews, and analysis.
  3. Manage Internship process
  4. Engagement: Conceptualizing, planning, and executing engagement programs based on the business calendar
  5. L&D: Conducting HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualizing and planning soft skills programs
  6. HR Projects: Should be willing to take on HR projects in any talent-focused area and plan and execute them effectively
  7. HR analytics /Dashboards: Should be able to create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be an achievement-oriented individual with a focus on task excellence, and have experience working with multiple clients. Strong collaborative working across the talent team is essential, as well as hosting HR initiatives/programs and public speaking. An MBA (HR) qualification from a reputable university would be preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have a good and consistent academic record.
  • MBA (HR) Full-time degree from a reputable university is highly desirable.
