Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Generalist to support various human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Assist in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain onboarding formalities for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems.
    • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
    • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
    • Assist with compliance-related tasks and documentations.
  • Employee Engagement & Events:
    • Plan and execute internal events, team-building activities, and celebrations to foster a positive office culture.
    • Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Internal Communication & PR:
    • Manage internal communication channels and support social media content creation for employer branding initiatives.
    • Liaise with external agencies for event and PR coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.
  • Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized.
