Job Title: HR Head

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to join our organization.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide reports on all areas of human resources, payroll and learning and development.
  • Manage the execution of human resources strategy and core areas of the human resources department.
  • Execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with organizational values and business strategy.
  • Coach, mentor, and support senior and high potential colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resource Management: Develop and implement human resource policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Recruitment: Manage recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Payroll: Manage payroll processes, including salary administration, benefits, and time-off management.
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • MBA or postgraduate degree in human resources.
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of human resources practices, regulations, and professional standards.
  • Vast working knowledge of human resources departmental areas, including reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, and human resources systems and budgets.
