People Ambassador and Talent Partner

This role plays a key part in the company's success. As People Ambassador, you will be the face of our organization, promoting our values and culture to both internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies across all business units to ensure talent acquisition meets current and future needs.

  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer management, ensuring it is streamlined and efficient.

  • Lead recruitment efforts for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based positions, with a focus on sales.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement actionable plans to improve morale and reduce turnover.

  • Handle grievances, employee relations, and disciplinary processes in a fair and timely manner.

  • Develop and execute initiatives to minimize attrition, particularly among high-turnover groups like insurance sales staff.

  • Provide comprehensive induction training for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

  • Manage Talent Retention & Employee Development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.

  • Identify training needs based on business objectives and individual performance goals.

  • Facilitate new hire assimilation to foster a sense of belonging and encourage long-term commitment.

  • Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

Compliance & HR Operations:

  • Ensure labor law compliance across branches within the zone, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations.

  • Oversee timely payroll inputs, accurate onboarding/offboarding processes, and reliable HRIS operations.

  • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings to maintain regulatory compliance.

  • Effectively handle Governance, Grievance Redressal, and Conflict Resolution to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Enhance Employee Communication & Connection to promote open dialogue and collaboration.

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Collaborate closely with Function Heads and designate personnel to ensure seamless planning and implementation of people strategies.

  • Coordinate and work with teams across all centers in the country to achieve shared objectives.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and software.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
