Job Title: Account Manager – UK IT Recruitment">

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven IT account manager with a strong background in IT recruitment and established relationships with MSP partners across the UK & EU.

As an IT account manager, you will be responsible for managing clients, understanding their talent needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment with a delivery team, ensuring timely and successful placements.">
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, aiming to be seen as a trusted advisor for their IT recruitment needs.">
  • Develop and manage client expectations and timelines, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and potential challenges.">
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality IT talent based on client needs.">
  • Assist recruiters to source the profile as per the given job description and screen the profile, schedule an interview and follow up till the candidate joins the client's place.">
  • Provide training to the recruiters and team members on sourcing technology and emerging skills & technologies.">

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.">
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and meeting recruitment targets.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.">
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.">
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).">
  • Ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.">
