Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or management as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, business).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools.
