Job Overview

A leading technology solutions provider seeks a skilled Project Leader to head and manage full-scale delivery operations.

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead and manage our project teams, overseeing the entire delivery process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide Tech Leads and Architects in their day-to-day project deliveries.
  • Manage project budgets, review timesheets, invoices, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Motivate and develop team members, supporting hiring and firing decisions.
  • Conduct reviews with customer stakeholders for action and risk mitigation.
  • Establish a Framework for Agile Process Management.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with technologies such as Java, .Net Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, databases, Python, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, design, and solutioning, with ability to help team members overcome obstacles.
  • At least 2 full-lifecycle development project experiences, preferably in enterprise product development.
  • Experience working with tech leads, architects, and customer stakeholders to analyze business requirements, estimate, plan, and manage tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience managing a team of 20-30 people.
