Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors and lead multiple projects.
  • Prepare accurate budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
  • Manage tendering processes, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Monitor project expenses, variations, and ensure budget alignment.
  • Implement cost-control measures and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and contractual standards.
  • Collaborate closely with design, procurement, project management, and finance teams.
  • Provide timely MIS reports and updates to senior leadership.

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in QS software/tools, MS Excel, and project management systems.
