We are seeking a seasoned technical solutions specialist to enhance the technical proficiency and market penetration of channel partners.

  • As the go-to technical expert, you will work with account teams in driving technical engagements directly and with help of partners.
  • You will be the trusted advisor for all aspects of modern cybersecurity Security Operations, and cloud security across CSPs.
Your Impact
  1. Technical Engagement: Collaborate with account teams to lead Secops opportunities in the region. Drive validation and win rates within your assigned specialization area.
  2. Proactive Engagements: Drive strategic and high-value opportunities with internal account teams.
  3. Partner Technical Empowerment: Foster business growth by collaborating with Alliance Managers. Equip partners with technical acumen for effective value articulation, demonstrations, deployments, and ongoing solution support.
  4. Achieve Technical Excellence: Mentor partners to attain technical accreditation and certification. Provide expert guidance for developing novel solutions and managed service offerings.
  5. Align Go-to-Market Strategies: Assist in aligning GTM strategies to maximize collaborative opportunities.
  6. Cultivate Sales Opportunities: Ensure partners identify, qualify, and lead joint opportunities, providing essential technical guidance. Facilitate value proposition communication between internal and partner teams.
  7. Lead Events & Workshops: Participate in customer workshops to lead product demonstrations and interactive sessions.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 8-12 years demonstrated success in a technical capacity, with strong experience working with account and channel teams in creating new business through Channel Partners and Managed Service Providers.
  • A Bachelor/Masters of Engineering degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS, or similar credentials are highly valued.
  • Technical Expertise: Mandatory expertise in at least one of the following critical technology domains:
    • Security Operations (SecOps): Extensive experience with EDR, XDR, SIEM & SOAR platforms, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Vulnerability Management.
    • Understanding of cloud security will be an advantage.
    • Deep experience with security incident response, both IR tools and IR workflow process or SOC operational processes.
    • Strong practical experiences with threat hunting, malware, exploits, and being able to demonstrate simulation of cyber attacks.
    • Deep understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems and scripting skill in Python/JavaScript/PowerShell is an advantage.
    • Highly self-motivated, meticulously organized, and comfortable operating autonomously across multiple engagements in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to prioritize effectively with minimal oversight.
    • Robust problem-solving skills, employing a methodical approach to analyze intricate scenarios and achieve rapid resolutions.
