Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support for desktop computers and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Supporting printers and performing computer repairs
  • Diagnosing hardware and software problems and resolving network issues
  • Installing new equipment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience
  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Printer Support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
