Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at JobFinderHr. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to resolve outstanding debts and ensuring timely payment of dues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their financial situations and negotiate payment plans.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address collection issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
Requirements:
- MINIMUM Qualification - Min HSC
- Good Communication skills
- DRA certificate Mandatory *
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
