Project Manager Job

Are you a detail-oriented and organized project manager looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage execution to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Promote best practices for project management and process improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases and generate regular status reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT with 2+ years of program management experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management and/or related experience.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience.
  • Education or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience managing agile projects.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into roadmaps.
  • Proven experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints.

Must-Haves:

  • Project experience with Xstore or Point of Sale systems or in the Retail domain.
  • Good understanding of Java, Oracle DB, and Webservices.
  • Excellent communication with cross-functional and different time zone teams.
  • Good understanding of design and product concepts.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • Experience with the JIRA tool.
  • Experience collaborating with North American counterparts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process gap analysis and implementing best practices.
